Meet the team

Tim StevensManaging Director
Tim set up the Tapenade business over 24 years ago, during which time the business has grown from strength to strength. Passionate about providing high quality cuisine, Tim has enjoyed working with many of the same chefs and suppliers who were part of the initial team. On the rare occasion that Tim takes a break he can be found on the golf course, training local young cricketers and sampling fine wines!
Holly DodgsonGroup Strategic Development Director
Holly joined the company in 2007 and worked as Sales Director for 8 years before progressing to her current position. Holly’s role supports the Managing Director in the management and direction of the company, responsible for partnerships and strategic alliances.

Holly is passionate about creating a strong “family-based” culture within the Eventist Group, a belief which she upholds in her personal life. A Northern lass at heart she regularly visits her home in Yorkshire where she spends valuable time catching up with her family.

John HearnExecutive Head Chef
With over 30 years catering experience, John originally had aspirations in farming, however his love of fine cuisine led him down a path where his passion for responsibly sourced, high quality fresh ingredients could be utilised into creating wonderful dishes instead. His extensive travels and residence in South East Asia, Australia and Thailand have all played a part in influencing the myriad of inspirational dishes and product knowledge he lends to his menu’s. Combined with his experience of being Head Chef on HMS Belfast and working with many of the country’s leading hospitality venues, John has been with Tapenade since its inception in 1999, and is one of the longest serving members of the team
Michelle HearnOperations Director
Michelle has been working with Tim and the team for the last 19 years and is the font of all knowledge for all things Eventist! Working her way up through the ranks, Michelle is respected as the “go to” person and there is really nothing she doesn’t know about the business.

When she does have some downtime and is not running after her spaniel, she likes nothing more than lying in the sun – the more exotic the location , the better.

Nastassja KeenesSenior Sales and Events Manager
Tash offers extensive experience in wedding and event planning having worked with the Group for 7 years. With her enviable connections in the industry, she enables her clients to truly “make their dreams come true” while her reputation reflects the excellent relationships she develops with all her clients. Tash has travelled extensively in Asia, Europe and the USA and her knowledge of innovative and unusual foods is fascinating!
Katie PottsSenior Account Manager
Katie joined our team after completing a BA HONS Hospitality Management degree and has been with us for 4 years. She has a wealth of experience within the hospitality industry including a background in exhibition, aerospace and the education sectors. Katie originally worked on our wedding planning team but now looks after our national corporate accounts and has a great relationship with our extensive list of venues. Her hands-on approach helps to provide clients with exceptional, bespoke events each and every time. A lover of pan Asian cuisine Katie is also a big fan of “brunch”! and is currently one of the top ten in the world within the fitness industry.
Kristina LoweSenior Account Manager
Krissie joined the team back in 2014 coming from a Hospitality and Events background working with high profile clients. In her role in Sales, she looks after large Corporate Clients and is at your side throughout both the planning process and at the event to ensure a perfect delivery. Krissie originally studied fashion design at the London College of Fashion and in her spare time loves being on the slopes plus a little bit of apres ski!
Precious RandallSales and Events Manager
Precious found her love of events in one of our Christmas marquees; her passion for creating the perfect event has continued to blossom and has now created our Wedding Queen. Coming from a large, busy, family, Precious understands the importance of organisation and time management. She has been freelancing with us for the past 7 years as part of our of our operations team, she has now extended her wealth of knowledge as our Sales and Events Manager.
